RentPro is an easy-to-use property management software application that specializes in rental and commercial property management. RentPro is a software product from K-Point Internet Solutions Limited, a web development company based in Warrenpoint, County Down in Northern Ireland. K-Point provides web application design and development services, as well as general Internet consultancy for small to medium-sized business clients throughout Northern Ireland, the Irish Republic and the UK.
Our product design and development team comprises high-grade software engineers with experience from some of Northern Ireland's leading software development houses. Years of real project experience has led to an in-depth understanding of the importance of a quality approach to work, both in terms of professional results and stringent design, development and testing processes, and this is reflected in RentPro.
Our development, sales and support teams have never regarded web application development projects as one-off assignments, but rather as being part of an overall strategy to use web technology as a tool for ongoing business development and expansion. Exactly the same principles apply to our RentPro subscription customers. Head of Development
Brian has extensive experience of all aspects of the software development life cycle. He takes charge of RentPro product development team.
Prior to co-founding K-Point, Brian had attained a BEng, Electric & Electronic Engineering from Queen's University and an MSc in Information Technology from the University of Ulster, and worked in a variety of development and management roles with BT, Fujitsu Telecommunications and Asidua.
Sales & Marketing
Shenda's role is to build strong relationships with new and existing clients, whilst building further growth of the existing client base across the British Isles. She will also be responsible for increasing brand awareness through developing and managing sales campaigns through both online and traditional media. Shenda has over 8 years experience in the sales and customer service industry working with the likes of Coca-Cola, Rafferty Hospitality Ltd and Goldsmiths. She has extensive experience working with clients from all levels.
