ARLA is  lobbying Michael Gove, the Justice Secretary, in a bid persuade him to consider moves which would speed up the eviction process, reducing hardship and lost income for landlords and agents while proceedings are underway. This can be a lengthy and costly process, but David Cox, ARLA director, wants Gove to consider allowing High Court Enforcement Officers to enforce possession orders without landlords or their agents having to make further applications.The full story is available on Letting Agent Today.
