According to data from the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the supply of residential rental properties in the UK has continued to fall. The data shows that although there was a rise in the number of rental properties managed per letting agent in April of this year, up 8% from the previous month, this is down from the April 2015 figure. The April increase this year can be attributed to a rush from buy to let landlords pushing to complete sales ahead of the stamp duty increase.
