Property Ombudsman calls on agents to have Client Money Protection

In the wake of several cases where landlords have lost thousands of pounds in rental income the Property Ombudsman has called for all letting agents to have Client Money Protection. Such insurance protects agents from fraud originating from within their own business and can be used by agents to differentiate the service they offer from competitors.
