Top cause of complaint for UK tenants are faulty boilers
A new survey conducted by online letting agent PropertyLetByUs, revealed that nearly a third of tenants suffered from a lack of hot water and/or heating at some time during their tenancy. The second most common complaint was a leaking roof, followed by mould and condensation. The survey also revealed that many tenants are having to wait a long time to get problems fixed, with nearly 20% of tenants waiting up to two months.
