The RentPro property management application has been designed with usability in mind, easy to use for both technical and non-technical people alike. However, support issues will inevitably pop up from time to time, and are normally solved quickly and efficiently by a member of the RentPro team, either by phone or email depending on your product plan.

'SOLO' and 'BUSINESS' customers

Please raise an email support ticket by clicking the Support icon in the top-right hand corner of your RentPro control panel, or by sending an email to support@rentpro.co.uk.

'MAX' customers

Contact your account manager on 028 4175 4844 quoting your account number, or by clicking the Support icon and sending an email to support@rentpro.co.uk if you prefer.


If you haven't yet purchased RentPro - the leading letting management software, but have questions about any aspect of its functionality then please contact a member of our sales team or 028 4175 4844 or using our online contact form.

We also have an online manual in the form of a wiki. This is only accessible to existing customers so please contact us if you have purchased the product but have not been allocated an account on the wiki yet. The support and documentation material is constantly being updated in response to customer queries and suggestions, and to reflect the enhancements being continually rolled into the product.
