RentPro, the leading commercial / letting agents management software, is a web-based property management application enabling access from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection. Of course security is of paramount importance. With this in mind, account details are securely encrypted within your individual RentPro database instance. Furthermore, all your business and client data is encrypted during internet transmission.

Within each RentPro instance three levels of user account can be created:
- Administrator - an administrator account is generally allocated to the manager of the letting agency. Such an account has access to all RentPro features.
- System - system accounts are similar to administrator accounts but cannot create or modify user accounts, nor can they access a small number of sensitive management reports.
- Landlord - reduce your management overheads by creating accounts for your landlords. With this level of user account a landlord can generate reports associated with his/her properties. Obviously Landlord accounts have a very restricted view of data and allocation of such accounts is optional.

All data associated with your RentPro property management system is backed up nightly to our office and to a remote site. Multiple backups of your RentPro instance ensures that your data is safe.
