If required you can re-calculate the net amount due to the landlord, for each property instance, for a date other than today.
For each property owned by the selected landlord instance the net amount due is displayed.
You can choose to settle in full or pay a partial amount to the landlord
The total amount payable to the landlord is easily calculated.
Clicking on the ‘Pay in Full’ will calculate the net figure due to the landlord for all associated property instances and allow you to zero balance the account.
