When you sign up your fully functional account is active immediately. We don't ask you for any payment details during the sign-up process. There is no obligation to purchase the software during the trial.
Simple - just do nothing! Your trial will expire after 14 days and since you haven't provided any payment details you don't even need to remember to cancel your trial. Simply let it lapse.
We accept online payment from all major credit and debit cards. At any time during your trial period you can convert your trial account to a full account by providing your billing details. Your card will be billed at the end of your trial, and then your card will be billed and you will receive an invoice on the same day of each month thereafter.
RentPro Max subscriptions may be paid by direct debit by prior agreement.
No. You pay for use of the RentPro software on a month-to-month basis, and are free to cancel at any time and you will not be billed again.
Yes, of course. You can change plans at any time and your new billing plan will take effect from your next invoice date.
Yes, you may add more properties to your plan by raising a support request. In this case your billing will be updated to reflect this with immediate effect, with the additional amount pro-rated for the current month. See our plans page for more details on add-on pricing.
