Agents improving their management of repairs

A survey undertaken by repair service Fixflo and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) suggests improvements in repair management by agents. The results show that of the three repairs per year that a typical rental property requires, 85% are completed within a week. The average response time is 90 mins. Rajeev Nayyar, managing director of Fixflo warns that agencies and landlords in England need to adopt robust processes for repair management prior changes in the repairs process taking effect for new tenancies from 1st October.
