Annual rent growth stagnating in Scotland

Scottish rents have grown by just 1.7% in the past year – less than a third of the rate experienced in the rest of Britain. These figures are included in the latest Scotland Buy-to-Let Index from Your Move. Recording a second, consecutive monthly drop, residential rents in Scotland fell 0.3% from August to September 2015. This leaves the average rent in Scotland at £545 in September 2015, down from £549 in July 2015.
